GARDEN DESIGN PROCESS
BRIEF
A meeting to establish your requirements.
Early ideas are sketched and visuals are used to determine
your particular likes or dislikes. 2 hours + Site report
SURVEY
A scale plan is required that details the dimensions of the house
and garden boundary. Existing levels are measured and soil
samples taken.
CONCEPT
A new design proposal is presented for your approval.
This plan is supported by 3D drawings and a computerised
fly-through. This allows the you to fully understand the new
layout before any construction begins.
DESIGN DETAIL
The plan is updated to reflect any changes that may be needed.
The details of the hard landscaping works are specified and
construction plans for the build phase are prepared.
PLANTING PLAN
Plant choices are made according to colour, texture and
maintenance levels. A separate plan is then presented which
details each plant in its exact location
